Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@4vaesss.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund.

Items damaged through normal wear, misuse, incorrect washing, or accidental damage are not eligible for a replacement or refund.

We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet the requirements above.
